Absolute Hosting SMTP Policies

These policies govern the use of our SMTP services and your access to the services / servers.

Access to our services are provided as is, and with no guarantee.

Your access to our SMTP services may be limited or denied without prior notice or warning and we reserve the right to limit / deny / delay or prevent access to these services without any notice or reason.

Bulk Email, Unsolicited Email or Spam will not be tolerated – we reserve the right to limit / deny / delay or prevent access to our servers by originating IP, Domain Name, Source Email Address, Content + Other methods of spam detection – and define mail as Spam.

If your IP, Domain Name or email address have been blocked you may contact us and explain why you have sent Bulk Email, Unsolicited Email or Spam and request for removal – but in most circumstances – once a spammer – always a spammer unless you have explicit permission from the recipient to send mail of a spammy nature – opt out mailing lists do not give you the right to spam.

Do not ask us to whitelist your IP

If you are sending from a web hosting provider / mail provider who has had their mail servers blacklisted for spam, contact your provider and ask them to rectify the issue or find a provider that knows how to manage a mail server without originating spam.
