Q: Where are your servers located?
A: Our servers are hosted within the Africa Data Centre’s JHB 2 Data Centre, Samrand Gauteng – a Tier 4 Data Centre!
Yes they are physical servers, and NO, you may not lick them 😛
Q: Can my email package be upgraded?
A: Absolutely – and at any time, when ever you need or wish.
Upgrading your email only hosting account is completely automated and is facilitated via the Client Service Area.
Q: Can I access email on my mobile phone?
A: Yes, our servers support most modern phones and can be setup using POP or IMAP
Q: Do you perform daily backups?
A: Yes we most certainly do. All servers are backed up on a continuous bases and our retention policy is 60 days.
This includes website data, mail data, database data and dns data.
Q: Do you offer a control panel to manage my email, like cPanel?
A: Yes, all email accounts, passwords, auto responders and more are managed via the client service area … but…. its not cPanel 🙂
Q: Do you offer Anti Spam?
A: Yes – absolutely – no one likes spam! Our servers are equipped with RSPAMD – a faster and more accurate spam filtering service.
Q: Do your servers support IMAP or POP
A: Our Mail Only Servers support both!

A: We offer three types of payments to our clients. Payment via credit card or cheque card via SagePay, credit card, cheque, Instant EFT, Bitcoin, Mobicred + masterpass via PayFast.
For those that prefer traditional EFT’s – we also allow EFT payments.
